This post was made in order to explain an complicated idea that can be found in the court section here
there is no any need for introductions as you can check the link for yourself so I'm getting straight to the point
How this gonna work, and what changes must be made in order to work as suggested?!
LET'S START

Changes that required

• EMS/Rank system
  We starting with this one, as the idea suggests that EMS must have a rank system that requires professional exams
  (roleplays) to obtain them. the rank of doctors will be visible via cmd and will unlock you more tasks the higher your rank is.
  
  Tasks be like:
  
  • Surgery
  • Administrating Medications
  • Transporting Medications
  • And many more etc.
  NOTE* That the hired personal of EMS with /rank , from now on will provide monthly earnings
  to those who are active in order to inspire them.
  
• Medical Cannabis/License
  This is where the cooperation with Cannabis Therapy™ and the EM services starts, our job is to provide clean medications via pharmacy but I will explain everything in the list that follows.
  
  Weed Medication: The weed medication will be a totally new item, and has nothing to do with the street illegal weed. The medical-weed will be a health/drug that would restore some amount of HP and Armor too, this gonna be the only item that restores an small amount of your Armor (As extra hit points)
  
  Medical License: This item will be something like driving license but for medical usage, in simple words whoever has
  passed a roleplay from a proffesional doctor can take a Medical Lisence in order to unlock Pharmacy shop.
  
  
  • Medical License can be revoked if the patient found guilty of drug crimes
  • EMS doctor can get a /medic ban and even a court fine, if he administering drugs (Medic License)
    in impropriety way.
  • The license will not last forever, and this is where LCPD also starts taking action. Medical license and cannabis will be items that you can't hide if you carry them on you (aka in an invastigation if police searchs your documents can found if your medical license is expired) if it founded to be expired there is no any big deal, but if you found carrying medical-cannabis with an expired license you are in trouble.

You're getting really in-depth with this, and the amount of scripts you want implemented is not necessary for mere roleplay.

Rather than ask a bunch of scripts, request some form of a license to produce medical marijuana (normal weed) and display this license to any LCPD or FBI members questioning your legitimacy, or just roleplay it, there's no reason to need scripts in order to merely roleplay. The /me command is all that's needed for roleplay, everything else just adds more functionality.

As for an EMS rank system, I don't see why not, though ARFD should receive one too.

Additional EMS tasks are not needed per rank, we at EMS already perform surgery, drug administration and transport.

As of now, all six known ammu-nation stores are registered weapon dealers. These are the following:

Before someone says, "hey you cant make weed legal!". Just ask yourself, if these gun stores are selling guns ONLY to clients who has
license in order to own a gun, or just got their license in order to sell guns free to anyone who can visit their stores, from newbies to veteran role players.
We are giving license to stores and supporting guns trafficking freely and we can not support an role play idea? 

I can not see why this plan with such terms like, have license in order to get "medical cannabis" or the fact that you need to be tested before get the license, can not be legit. Who ever wants to role play in this server will be available to do it, all others you can still growing your green shit and running away from police without a single act of role play.

As well, we can have "medical cannabis" as an item which can not be sold at NPCs dealers to avoid drugs trafficking plus will be used only in your property or at the Hospitals and like already is noted, if you don`t have license (or expired) and you have "medical cannabis" you will get busted.

By the way Daruza, try not to set it as the Driving License be cause so far we have 0 revokes and we have so many crazy drivers, you can set your license with 1 month period for example. (The time that will expired / the cost of the item / the heal amount, will be something on you and the managers.)


And @MrMeeses do not come up again with the theory that Tonik is a part of a crime family. I`m still laughing from the last time.

What about we just remove guns and roleplay shooting each other?

Remove the whole cop system and people can just get the cop color with /duty and they can use a cb?

Criminal or not, Tonik is EMS and has full right to perform duties. Furthermore, he was a part of a criminal group. He just did what you did duh. Else I still remember John Meeses xD.

The only issue, court has with this it lacks details to connect all things, i did talk to tonik what he needs to define, about the guns, well many ascpets of the LC court needs a overhaul, gun license are one of them.
