Hazard Blinkers / Flash Lights

Hello everybody, I would like to suggest a few ideas which would be cool if they are added into the game! : )

Basically, my first idea is adding the Hazard Blinkers. Since we already have the Left & Right ones, why not adding the Hazards? They could be used when being pulled over or just for signals. They are currently used in the Single Player as "Alarm lights".

The other thing I would love to see in the game are the Flash lights. They could be used when you just want to greet somebody by flashing them a few times or just for giving signals. They are already in the game by pressing the H button but I think that they are not synced. Would be cool if they are added! : )
