No it's not. It's a ROM...
It's so legal that there are sites for it.
It's not like I'm ripping a game, it's a gba file.

I never played other than pokemon blue because its tthe most fun and normal game:) I always copyed the rary candy

read copyright info about roms, u are not allowed to download them UNLESS u own the game, it is illegal END OFF. that rom can be copied to a GBA cartridge (seriously) and sold, there is loads of Pokemon games on ebay being sold like that and there accounts getting banned for it because its illegal, they are like ISO files from torrents of say a ps2 game, its illegal.

maybe we should check a website:P iv seen the whole 24 hour thing but i think its false, because it might be just a way to not get caught
