[SA:MP] Feedback

I want to see the changes first, before I even reconsider reinstalling SA:MP back onto my PC. The past hasn't been kind to HQ, at least from my point of view. I have no or barely any trust remaining, I do hope these changes can regain the trust, which will allow comfort.

The problem with the Samp server is that the functions are the same and do not change. The player gets little money when he does the job. I also see the rules that must be changed and the staff should be good with the people.

About the Event Team ... RP events only... no, I don't want to dodge a plane on an RP server, that's what freeroam is made for.

Get the mentality inside people, that RPing is the right way to make a living, open restaurants, bars... spend money there. Invest, time and money. It's been quite a couple of years since my inactive ass has noticed any group doing proper bar nights, apart from the few MC Clubs we have(though I could be wrong on this one). I recall there was some group hosting  gambling games during night openings on the VIP lounge... That's the kind of shit we need.

The funding system is already back, and its proper. Theres no proper way to spemd the funds however.

The real problems have gone so far up already, that theres no coming back from this anymore.

I listed somewhere that it would be planned events that would be planned during the week and run on weekends, full mapping support and events that each side of the server can enjoy, Criminal, Law, Civilian etc, Also with some events catered do targeted factions only.

Like back in the day when you would see 50 criminals all band together and Roleplay a bank robbery and 50 police would try handle the situation as professionally and as safely as possible. Sure it mostly ended up in a mass shooting but it gave people a reason to toss aside their hate for one another and work together and just have fun.

GL finding these 50 for any of these situations, I'm guessing you're just a wee bit late with all this.

This is true, but the numbers will follow. iirc you mapped fire in Ganton once and created a RP scene out of that one, stuff liket that is needed.

The staff team is currently under review, Hopefully we can fix these problems with a few removals and a few meetings to get on the same page and realign our mindsets.

Hi guys, thanks for the responses above. I don't have access to the form responses but the responses in this thread have been good. I summarized them here:

Concerns:
- Over promise and under deliver
- Launch and closure of V:MP server
- Lack of advertisement
- Lack of players
- Lack of things to do (bring in more RP events)
- Staff attitude
- Staff inactivity
- Staff reaction is too quick (ban hammer all the time)
- HQ is not transparent
- HQ does not provide communication on the inner workings
- HQ ignores people
- HQ ignores PMs
- Allowing inactive people to hold on to properties
- Veteran privilege

I'm working on action items now and will provide an update shortly on what we will be doing to fix these problems.
