Greetings.

I'm suggesting that we should take into account providing a second character development for everyone, script supported. Considering the fact that we lack active LEOs as well as criminals, those who are really interested in RPing and having a career in both, why should they be limited into one specific character? Why should SAPD/FBI resign to be part of crime or vice versa? I'm pretty sure more or less every person has tried both at a time and knows where I'm coming from.

My scripting / server development knowledge is rather bad but since Admin+ can be using two accounts, why not a regular player? I personally believe that half our playerbase is inactive due to the fact that they reached a point of having nothing to do after repeatedly dealing with drugs, weed fields, gang wars or constant pursuits, arrests, patrols etc.

Feel free to express your thoughts, I personally would like to see this happening real bad.

I saw this coming from a mile. You really think that law enforcement is not in touch with the criminal enemies OOC?  I personally have experienced conversations and even been part of, that we try to time or schedules so both sides can be active at same time to start shitstorms.

I do not see it being an issue due to the fact that you cannot use both accounts at the same time and have a straight forward advantage.

In my opinion it actually spices things up... Groups have to be extra careful with newcomers and remain on high alert as well as the state authorities.
It gives each side the same advantage over the other - all in all both sides will have this ability thus it'll remain balanced.

I totally support it. It's something new, why not give it a try if the majority backs it up.

It's unfair to use something you have access to from your FBI RP character against the FBI using your criminal character. Make that a bannable offense, and I suppose it might be okay to try.

I get what you mean but I'd prefer the future to be bright but somewhat corrupt than non-existent.

I'm gonna have to say that I can't support this. In general I'd love to see it but as we have no plans for now to introduce metagaming as a rule this will only lead to a lot of issues in terms of leaking from both sides.

I would, however, support removing the metagame from SAPD/FBI applications. _Gvardia = Criminal to all the uneducated and that's why I could never be a cop. But technically I'm innocent until proven guilty, and therefore they should not deny me. But as always some topkop will say "eww gaydiva miss me with that shit (not biased just saying the truth #independable)" and ruin everything for everyone.

Is there even a point to having two characters now.  It's not like your criminal character is going to be in jail for hours allowing you to then switch to a cop character.

In short, the script will not be able to support this, no matter how much we want this. This is one of those features that you need to include right from the very start or not at all.
