I Andrew Aky (([LRP]Aky)), from Monolith Enterprises, am handing over "Ocean Beach Pay 'n' Spray", Ocean Beach, #60, to Ellis Feuerstein ((Ellis Feuerstein)), who will work under Monolith Enterprises. Mr. Feuerstein will have full control over the business, except he can't sell it to anyone else since this business belongs to Aky and Aky can have it back whenever he wants. The property will be a subsidiary of Monolith Enterprises. Mr. Feuerstein will be held responsible if the property is sold or given to someone else without an actual authorization from the owner.
