                                                                                                          Re-Opening of BlackArt

As you all know that current Leader of BlackArt, Mr.Francesio had switched to legal life but it didn't lasted for long as he didn't feel comfort and respect which he expected to get from Police Department. Mr.Francesio's new decision is to retain the authority by BlackArt. Mr.Fracis would be leading BlackArt again as usual,
