Update list RS6.2.4a

Script Changes:

Removed christmas gifts.
Fixed a bug in pizza job
Fixed a bug in hooker job - not live yet
Added /burrycorpse - this gives you $200 per 1 one corpse and any civilian can use it.
Added a needed functionality to mappers
Pilot job cooldown decreased (30 seconds instead of 2 minutes) - This is bond for change if things don't go as planned.
Passport disappearance bug when a new player does the automatic passport test (added a query to the DB)
Changed the weather cycle a bit to make it a bit more realistic
Needed admin functionality
Some random texts around the map to improve the new player experience.
