Yeah sorry Samaron, some players have more to do than running around, fighting against everyone they can see, having deathmatch parties at San Fierro, filming it and posting it as a "great war". If i am testing for licenses / passports i cannot roleplay.

I am sick of always heaving to defend the RP mafias do. everyone knows its not DM all we do is based on stories and IC events that took place. We (meaning most mafias) NEVER initiate violence we would rather just do bussiness and grow stronger then fight and lose a weeks income on guns. Sure we like a fight sometimes also but we always do it when we are forced by our RP story.
When we meet with alies or amongst our own members always people -cops and whoever not- show up because they are borred and know if a fight brakes out we will get the blame we are the  "evil Criminals" afterall . I think people are forgetting we are not criminals in RL but IC and we know and follow the rules ....
If we are doing whatever mafais do and people keep interupting what are we supposed to do ? log of and not play ? Or do what any mafia would do in RL if you would interupt a deal or a meeting ....I think the answer is easy

So as long as Crime and Mafia RP are not against the rules all these complains are based on nothing

DM is when i walk up to a cop and start shooting him without knowing who he is ..not if the same cop comes busting into private property during a private conversation about IC crime and just stands there or runs around like an idiot aimaing at people OR wors shooting health down to 50% for when someone gets suspected

I would like to correct some parts, actually i love your Araatus RP and the part with the deathmatching wasn't right.
But if i am testing people for passports (etc.), i cannot roleplay.

He talks about using jpeg/gif (PNG is much better)

but also sais send me the url for the baner

just tell me this What format did you send him ? and did you include a link from somewehere you hosted it or is sending the banner + info enough meaning do I have to host it myself ??
