I as an FBI agent, stumbled upon a officer going to a gang's turf claiming he had a warrant to enter their house. I asked who issued from, he said that he didn't remember, but it was issued a while ago. I could tell he was lying and just made that warrant and told him to not claim there was a warrant if you have no idea who it was from.
