It is not up to you to judge things that you have no knowledge about, espescially not judge someone professionalism.
Instead of pointing the finger towards anybody else, acknowledge your own mistakes first.

If you or anybody else finds the 'first posts in the conversation' more provokative, then you should've been professional enough to report the issue to us instead of making comments that has no advantage for anyone instead of having your post reported and marked as 'provokative' in the first place.

For other issues;

How many times do you people have to be told? Stop spamming each other's topics with useless provocation, and take this to PM.

Such "This is the last time I reply", &c. are better if they had never been posted at all.

Posts were not removed by a member of clans, groups, teams moderators.

I hadn't started any job, I simply issued a friendly warning there. If you people have the IQ of peanuts and can't learn to put it in PM, then the warning will be a lot less friendly next time, and will result in forum punishments. Then I'll be finishing the job I started.

...Is taken as rather offending and provokative towards the moderator you directed this question too and goes strictly against the Forum Rule to act polite and maturily.

You have all rights to have your own opinions, but no need to bring them out if it's just to provoke or offend anybody, espescially if you have no insights on how things work in a particular case. Don't comment on the Moderator team, because you don't know what we have in thoughts with 'other' offending posts that were not removed immediatly. Ever thought about they're still there because they could be marked for investigation?
