Alot of people is lyrically better than Pac; Nas, Big Pun, Rakim etc..
As said before, Tupac may not have the best lyrics, but he delivers with such passion that you can feel his emotions.. I haven't heard any other rapper that actually can do that (No, Tha realest may sound ALOT like Pac but.. nu uh.. hes crap)
