Aragorn, I know this may seem hard to believe but I do not know the reason for not loosing hp on car or on myself.. if you wish to ban me I really think this is riddicolous since I actually didnt use hacks this time. My cheat I was using didnt even have HP hacks, so.. but it´s all right, you don´t have to  ban me because you guys know what?, I quit.. this is silly, for the first time I am actually trying to control my addiction and now this happends..acused and continuesly kicked. This is really lame, I love argonath but if this is what happends when you try to get ridd of your addiction I just can´t play anymore.

Not losing carhp while driving and crashing has no explanation, however when spectating lag can be causing that the spectator is seeing a different picture as the person driving. If the car seems to jump and make erratic turns, lag is more likely the explanation.
Shooting with a shotgun can also be easily explained by lag. Ever tried to kill a lagger ? You can shoot him from 1 mtr without damage.
If in doubt, ask a fellow admin to ram the car. That will make clear if the car can be damaged or not.

Entering the server at the moment will be kind of hard for you...

I asked someone to shoot his car from a very close range with a combat shotgun and it wasn't damaged and he didn't have that much of lag ...

I believe he was previously banned for hacks (if you bothered to read his posts...) and so he is saying he doesn't even know "car hp hacks" because the hacks he was banned for didn't even include them.

Actually guys..there is Health HP Bug....this is happen when i play Mini DD.....im so excited at that time..then we start..we ram ram ram ram ram..until 5 the las car standing running around..one strange thing happen to me.....when i ramming the opponent..my car just LOST!! infront of me..its said U car have Been Jacked..but i seen no one jackin it.....then i look behind me..my car is there..and i see the carhp..its 100 =.=
