yes, but make sure your mobo can take DDR2 RAM, otherwise it wont fit
also check the max speed your mobo can read the RAM otherwise you could waste your money

You can download a program called CPU Z here http://www.cpuid.com/

Then go to the Mainboard Tab and tell me your Motherboard Model Number, or search it on google and try to find the info about it.

I lag core sometimes. usually i have about 27 processes running but when i lag these multiple programs called Lucoms. can anybody tell me what Lucoms is??
