 Sama is correct, it is SAPD and FBI who follow all Mafia and keep harassing us and you are surpised when you bring along a free cop and he kills or suspect one of us that we don't respond by killing you annoying cops? I suggest you cops find something else to do.. and we never respawn and return to the battle because it is simply a waste of money and time to return to a battle like that... it is cops who return to battles when they die just to get cash, it is cops who earn cash when killing, not mafia. Killing and wars are simply not in the best interest of any mafia or gang as it wastes our time and money.

 Man we were together having a meeting this is when cops came to bayside then we go to HQ to talk but what do you know SAPD and FBI are on our asses. That is why you see us together.. we are friends as well, if you want to provoke the DM cops then you should just stop please.

 I suggest rules for the police as well.

You are making allot up and you just cant give in that you where wrong with things I'm gettin tired of this and the main admins never talk to us about this just place another warning without talking to us about anything. and about the 4 mafia's together we are all FRIENDS we hang out together we are on teamspeak just having plain fun and you keep following us everytime and I'm getting sick of it.

Simply cos you do NOT have any brakes to stop it and you are NOT honest in it... Once there is a fight - your are non-stopable... You will be dead, you will respawn and run back to "help"...

2. 70% of all gangwars provokes - flame and disrespect...

And Hell_Corleone - you are one of the most complained by people on argonath... And those are NOT the members of gangs you were against... Those are people who do not even belong to any gang...

3. Hell_Corleone - no, cops can and will start hunt criminals again and again... Do not go to the stupidest RP ways... The stupidest thing is to announce no fighting since you died...

As cops have their mission and after death they have to start the mission again and again - it can NOT be compared with the way of gangsters (Respawn-Come-Kill)... As a gang war for gangsters - ONE mission and MUSt have its beginning and END... This END you all perfectly ignoring... And making gangwars growing and tuning the whole server in team deathmatch...

If you wanna team deathmatch - Parallel Universe Team Deathmatch server... Go there, make clans and fight each other till becoming blue...

We dont flame ingame (talking for Solonik wright now) I kicked about 3 people from my group for flaming and racism so I dont flame I dont like flamers etc

That is true but if they get killed while coming back they shouldnt complaint because then you should just not come back. we had the fights to an end but more cops kept coming we cant controll that only the ARPD can. and we dont want to dm and we also dont dm we are being attacked and then you defend yourself

So please do excactly tell us what we did wrong because  I dont know

He means that people who are not picking sideare complaining on you and I would like to ad to that correct me if I'm wrong but most of this wouldnt have happened if you didnt put so much words in our mouths in your movies and changed that so it looks like we are making full scale attacks and planning everything and also calling those movies argonath wars wich they where not they where attempts to kidnap some people who where protected by cops. If we did get this warning due to some things that are in your movies wich I would'nt be suprised of I'll be quite pissed off just please dont but any bullcrap into movies anymore cause it also give the other groups a bad name.

Aragorn, and to all of the others in this thread, if I can be a voice of reason among any of this, just please lend my your vision for one moment, and let me explain what's been going on from my point of view.

Every day, I log on after school, and join Luke and Tice (Hell is generally there too), to have fun and play around. For the past week, we've been constantly followed by the FBI, for no apparent reason. They've come onto the land of CM HQ, which by law is private property, and therefore no one outside of actual members is allowed on. However, we (not counting Hell, as his trigger finger never seems to leave his freaking gun) simply run up to whomever came up to the land, and polite ask the sir or madam to leave the area, as it is private property.

Now, when the FBI, mostly including Fernando Rivera, began to repeatedly show up on our land, and began sending civilian spies constantly to frame us, we did get agitated, and once cornered Fernando by a tree, telling him that if he does not stop coming onto our property, we will take legal action (another moment where Hell's trigger finger came forth before his own mouth).

Aragorn, as much as I respect you and what you've built with Argonath RPG, you are being far too one-sided in this arguement. There are several times where we have been framed, or where mistakes have been made. Free cops would show up, fire a shot, and thus we'd fire back to defend ourselves, thus resulting in the FBI or SAPD officers getting involved. We have never meant for things to turn into what you're describing as a "Gang War".

Some of us aren't as innocent as others, I will admit that. One Corleone member in particular has gotten on more than just my nerves by firing at FBI or SAPD officers for no God **** reason other than the fact of what they've pulled in the past, but not all of what you're being told is true, and thus we're being put through this argument and situation just because some people think they saw this or that, and some people don't like the mafias.

Araatus, Chechen, Corleone, and Solonik are good friends. We do not start gang wars. We do not promote violence. We defend ourselves when we need to, but otherwise try to avoid the trouble. Now, I realize I cannot speak for the other three groups entirely on this, but as per Corleone, we are one of the most law abiding groups on this server, and it's a shame that we're being targeted by slander and other forms of propoganda thanks to the FBI.

If you want to avoid the violence, you should seriously investigate the FBI themselves. As stated by several online members just the other day, the only reason we have incidents like the ones we've had previously, is because the FBI has been showing up, following us, suspecting us when we do one little thing outside of the law, and then a ***-load of free-cops show up and decide to blow things up in a flamed situation, therefore bringing on what can be therefore described as a war by eyewitnesses.

This does piss me off, because people are taking it upon themselves to frame us, and are quite frankly absolutely RUINING the very back-bone of this server. What will this be if all four of our groups get disbanded and leaders banned? Do you even realize how lame this would become? There would be NO ROLEPLAY AT ALL. You would just have small-time criminals running amok on the streets, firing at cops, who would fire back to make a cheap buck.

Without the Mafias, what else is there on the server? Be a good little innocent, peace loving citizen, with no fun ever arising? The FBI would have nothing to investigate. The free cop sitaution would get even worse. The server itself would die and collapse, melting where it stands into a heap of nothing more than low-class, partial-credit apparitions of the society that once was the State of Argonath.

My message: I understand that this is only a warning, but people are taking this damn well out of context, and thus are going to ruin the best server in SAMP because of it. If you find it upon yourselves to believe everything you've been told, by one side of the investigation, then go ahead, and crucify me amongst my peers and friends - the only reasons I even play SAMP. They are my brothers without homes, they are my people with a society, and therefore shutting us down, blows everything off.

 Yeah I see what you are saying Rebel and good post, but I take out my shotgun because its part of my RP character. You come to Corleone HQ and start shit with us I will take out a shotgun and show you not to mess with us.. but mostly I do it only to scare them.. I don't shoot and I say words to get people to leave too.
