What exactly is different ? In cases with male teachers the girls were also not exactly forced.....
In both cases it is an adult taking advantage of the teacher job and persuading someone in to sexual intercourse.
That is abuse of their position and mental power which makes them unfit for their job.
There is a reason why laws are in place....

And how come the sexual intercourse is related to the fact that they were teachers? Also, abusing mental power? What did the teachers told the boys: "Have sex with me, or you get an F?" I would say that only way to actually do crime, is to rape - and to have a sexual intercourse with a person whose age is below 14 - and for do to that, teachers have to poison those "poor" guys - give them Viagra - but I didn't see anything like that in the description.

when you become teacher, you know that you will have daily contact with students, and that some of these students might be interested in more than your lessons, especially if you are not too old and look good. Taking advantage of that interest is against the ethics of the job, and depending on the laws in different countries regarding protection of minors can be against the law.
If you can not control yourself, no matter who started, you do not deserve to be a teacher. And yes, there have been cases where teachers were accused falsely.

I guess your right, that it is against the work ethics, but I just don't see that as a felony when both sides are interested in each other sexually. When the minimum age limit is - 13 in Estonia - is fulfilled, doesn't matter if one of them is then teacher, and other is student.

Well, it is said there that in NC, it is illegal for teacher to have a sexual relationship with anykind of student, no matter in what age.
