I was just watching a Star Trek bloopers video on YouTube, It showed 2 instances, One of Lt Cmd Worf standing on the bridge and the ViewScreen showing a Windows Fatal Error message (Blue Screen of Death) and then Cmd Data tapping a console which changed from Star Trek buttons to the 'BSOD' and Data punching it.
