Ping/Lag or whatever u say!

Now im really pissed off my ping problems..
I know you will laugh at this...
Download Speed: 64kbps
Upload Speed: 64kbps
So now u will say.. becuz of my connection i surely lag and have ping problem.

So in MTA:VC my ping is 400 and above.. because of which i whenever i type in the chatbox my message dont appear on screen while i cant see others messages (skipping messages).

Can u guys help me with this problem ? becuz i really want to play on MTA:VC server.
I see that other topic in which watti has said something but no one has replied to it..

Is there any way to connect 2 servers.. say an australian one and the current one... Reducing the ping of Australian Members... and Letting them play with the people playing on the german server connected through the Australian Server...

Please can u do that thing ? if you can do it please do it becuz i rly want to play on MTA:VC..
I will be thankful to you guys if u rly do it.. what watti said..

Or do you have any suggestion to lower it..
Please: dont say the following things..
1) Change your ISP
2) Increase Download Speed
3) Your Net problems
4) No solution..

i honestly dont know how to lower the ping if you live in india....your just going to have to put up with it, make sure EVERYTHING that takes up your internet is closed in the background, so it doesn't suck up all your speed:P

wwell u can decrease lag by  lowering grafic... lover resolution quality... it wont make 200+ difference but 50~120 sure...

the only way to realy fix it is to get a Faster inet.. 512/128 At least

LOL!!! I dont think it have anything with your com to do, its your ehternet there is slow! Get a faster!

lowering grafic wont do nuffin.
i have my monitor resolution to 32Bits or whatever,
and whenever i rune SA, i get a black screen, and the Start bar at the bottum gets alot bigger,
the reolution changed itself from 30 to 16.
16 = lowest.
