This situation was the first that developers checked step by step, log by log, action by action... And El_Boricua did not get a warning as he was really roleplaying and avoiding gang wars as much as he could...

I am still surprised he did not leave Argonath after all that bullshit which was dropped on him in game (logs)...

I guess that to make things even we will once again reset all accounts, properties and cars.  :roll:
Then we make paydays every 30 minutes and watch the cool RP of people sitting whole day on server to get money.
Of course weapons will be free, your suspect level will be removed if you run for 2 minutes, no weapons lost when killed.
Gang wars allowed, and cops are not allowed in the area if there is a gan war declared.
All blips will be removed from radar.

The old times in MTA:VC as taxi driver with Shrinpower, getting compliments from RON about the driving. Chasing one criminal with the whole PD around the islands in a circle for 2 hours...

These for me were good times. All can still happen, you just got to MAKE it happen for yourselves...

You have no brakes or authority to keep gang wars in a decent roleplay style...

When i ran MS-13, and there was [18th] and some other gang, we had a pretty good gang war, but it was not all DM DM DM, we set rules up & stuff, its just that it sucked cause we knew we werent allowed to have gangwars, so we were just like "Look, do this, this, and not this and we should be fine" with them :P

But it was all big Moan & bitch & DM in the end (meaning that HUGE Police vs. Gang at Glen...)
Oh well :P

That gangwar was really TOO much and as it was a gangwar, shouldn't people have been warned/banned then? I think gang wars should be allowed again, but perhaps then on approved spots like an airport or in the desert or a country village..

it was at times when cops were like oh i see bunch of people on map ill just go there and sit till i piss them off... luckily its not like that anymore.. anyway i quite enjoyed ms13 times

Correct, after getting provoked by thousand cops, the situation was out of control.

I don't think gang wars should be held at places like airport.. but in neibor hoods and such... there is no problem if people die and not come back.. cops can interfere if they come to the place and find it happening.

Yes, because of those control reasons, why Argonath does not allow them anymore.

It would be fine if all of us would accept defeat, and not come after they die (depending on the war rules that were setup by the two gangs)
Like, 18th and MS-13 Could have an awesome gang war, because the leaders are/were admins and they can control their members & such.
We had it going, but as he mentioned, the cops came and sat there like a hostage situation and screwed it all up

The problem is that people only two "enemy" gangs will have a war with each other, right? Well we only enemy with people we don't like, and usually they are the people who will not roleplay the war properly. There are tons of measures out against gangs, I think equal measures should be placed on cops, to stop them provoking the "gangwars" which we get blamed for (as the cops usually start them, knowing the administration will always side with them.)

It sometimes seems that the trust in gangs has been totally lost by the admins. What they don't see is that the gangs are often better equipped or better at fighting than the cops, and thats the only reason we kill a lot of cops. They are the ones who want to fight, not us. But we're not about to surrender, because thats stupid. It sucks bad for us, we get blamed for everything because supposedly "Oh, the cops are innocent.. as always." even though it's usually their fault, and when they continuously lose they complain "omg DM" just because we keep constantly owning them, and they can't take it. Do you see other gangs complaining when they lose? Maybe a couple of gangs now and again (I won't name 'em  ), but usually no, they do not. Cops? Whole different story.

Don't forget, the ARPD are as much as a gang as the Mafias. Only difference: technical legality.
What is a "gang". A group of similar people in a group, with a similar purpose. They like to roll around together and intimidate people in their gangcars. 
A group of cops, wanna make some money and get the suspects. They roll around together and intimidate the gangs with their badges and /su commands, in their gangcopcars. Spot the similarity?
