(Urban Chaos - Riot movie)Urban Chaos has broken out in the streets after a court case, or so the cover story would seem, who has the mind power and contacts to organize a riot and blame it on the Goverment? The ARPD and SWAT have to work a way out to stop the Urban Chaos until the national guard arrives, how ever large crowds are massing around city hall and cars are being piled up around pershing square, things are starting to look more like an assault then a riot...
