Hell yes, it just show how many people joined the ArgonathRPG server :D We already got some new regulars :D  :hurray:

Not active in-game anymore, checking forum from time to time.

I second that.  When Argonath was on that list, sorry to say, it was a living hell.  I almost left the server, and some of you may be able to remember.  I said I was leaving for good. So, I left, and look, I'm back again.  You just cannot resist Argonath.  :) ))

I do not know if we will support anymore the official servers idea of SA:MP due to the latest attitude SA:MP showed to its official servers... And I suppose they will make again money contribution to get in official list...
That idea we will not support for sure...

I can explain why i think so: no any respect from SAMP to its official servers was given... The way they removed all official servers was a bit out of normal attitude... Shutting down all SAMP and removing official list, then again opening it - its, sorry, childish... And to get in this list for Argonath is already out of respect... Official servers were only called "official" as had no any connections to the developers or support...
And if paying money for being official - that will not stop hackers... So that was just a deal of business (traffic) not an official policy...

You found paradise in Argonath. You had a good game, you made good friends. The admins protected you and there were courts of law. So you didn't need a friend like me. Now you come and say "Aragorn, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect.

I see that point of view as a very not-thinking one ... When the server 'attracts' hackers, most of the time it means they are interested in hacking our server. Why don't they hack a smal not popular server? Because there is no use in that ... they are jelous and they want to ruit the server, but they won't ;)

The thing is not in hackers that attack official servers... the thing is that paying money for being official will not protect from hackers, even thou SA:MP team gives some "support" for troubleshooting...
But paying money to be official is not the same as paying money to be ranked server (traffic)... As official and ranked are different things...

As I see they returned back all those who paid money for traffic increase... Actually we do not need that feature... But being in the same line as this servers also means not respect ourselves...

Well the thing that makes Argonath great is the people who play here.
Its like, most people are friendly and helpfull against eachother, and fights are most of the time solved soon.

Also... does SA:MP realy asks money from the server that wants to become offical?
