VC single player and VC multiplayer in fast motion

hello,
i have a problem, when i go on to singleplayer or multiplayer my VC game is always in fast motion, no one on the server can help me.

So any solutions?

Switch frame limiter to OFF.

So when you say "fast motion" you means its faster that everyone else?

Load the game to the main menu.
Press 'Control' + 'Alt' + 'Delete' on the keyboard to bring up the Windows Task manager
Select the Processes tab and right click on 'gta_sa.exe'.
From the box which appears click 'Set Affinity' and left click to untick 'cpu 0'.

Click on the game in the task bar and the game should run at normal speed.
