Really big and strange bug.(sorry if this is in wrong section)

Hello!
My bug is very strange and it have changed my gaming much.
When I'm getting drugs (weed or heroin no matters) it comes first like it should come that text but when red marker comes it dont say anything like "Heroin is delivered go to pick up it" and when I go to red marker nothing happens. I'm not gettin weed or heroin and when I left square it dissapears as it should do.
Please help me!!
I think I'm only one whit this kind of bug.

You are not the one with this bug... We know its annoying, but try to restart the game... Sometimes it helps...

Yeah I forgot meantion that bug have been me now 4 days and I have restarded game 100 times!!

i know that bug...don`t think it`s a client bug, because after server restart...the weed/hero works. maybe has something to do with the script

It is a bug that seems to be happening more when there are a lot of players on server. I have done tests and got the weed or heroin every time, but also experienced this bug on server once. Right now, consider yourself unlucky...as I know other people do manage to get weed.
One thing : if you disconnect you are sure not to be able to get it.
