im lazy and i donno if any1 posted this,
when u run your computer click F12/F8 and click Command prompt,
and u can change your password in it:

net localgroups /ADD (name) (pass)

then restart and u can login with that account,

As I alredy said the easiest way is just to download erd commander and start from cd and just choose the account you want to change password on.
Thats just your own choice but it takes about 10 seconds.
