look, my nickname is Yuri[RM]. i wanted to offer few things. fist is and army clan, RP army that supose to protect citizen, and you could open a clan, or group or terrorists, Arabian terrorists, that supose to make terrors, like blowing a bus, or highjack a plane, and the army supose to stop theme.
becoase evrytime i try to do somethin fun, like highjack a plain with peaple inside, (ussualy its my mafia members :P) and i fret to blow the plane in the city, and the police responsible to stop us, but they just wont roleplay, they dont care whne civilians are dieng, (not all police, but most of theme)
and they just want to kill the terrorists. the main idea of terror is roleplay as in
real life- to get all the hostiges to safety, and make sure there is no destruction in the city, but they just not so good in that. so and army group could be good, like in real life, but to make the army busy all the time, it should be terrorists to. im just offering, think about it please.

2. In my opinion, this is DM. I mean, blowing up busses, with people inside? That's kinda DM-ish, and being a terrorist will be DM too..

i dont mean DM, i mean same as event, not evry time, but *MAYBE* just try to really RP whene a terror is going, as a event, same as kidnap.
if its not right , fine. but just to make it more fun, try to coop. its not fun whene your doing somethin and people just dont care.

Okay , when you kidnap a plane filled with passengers , what do you think we should do? Activate some kind of god mode and fly after you? NO.
Like in real life we can do NOTHING except shooting you down , which we dont..
So we have to wait until the plane has landed or maybe damaged enough.

I think,as people said above that this is straight Dm. Police cant stop terrorists even swat cant(sometimes). You say you want army but to get terrorists down you need a hydra or hunter=DM
