Game Mode Restart when it is not? - SA:MP

This happens when you have connection problems or your internet cuts off for seconds .. and this usually happens when you are not recieving all the packages from the source and you are recieving short time-outs.
You can contact your provider and inform him about the problem, or ask him if it's true.

This has nothing to do with the server more with the ISP.

You should check your internet cable/wireless signal/modem or somth. You loose connection with server for few seconds and it shows that game mod restarted

When that happens, I still have internet :S (I think)

Also I don't believe the net cuttes off because my TV uses a thing named "Meo" a kind-of Cable TV that uses internet to watch TV... something like that :S :S :S I think it "downloads" it...

It would only take literally 3 or 4 seconds of cutoff to restart. It can't survive without connection. So when you close and check TV or internet, it will be back on.
