Vista would adapt itself so it would work optimized for a shitty computer too so these requierments is only if you want to have a optimized experience which is not really needed. To be honest I use Vista 32 bits version legal copy on my shitty computers they run fine:), I like the new memory from flashdrive feature and the ability to steal a bit of memory from the ram to put onto the graphicard ,

Keep it LEGAL! Im havin all my softwares from Microsoft legal no need to use illegal copies

Well It's almost no chance that Microsoft is gonna see you using a pirated software unless ur stupid and use their online shit such as microsoft windows updates whatever the name is.

I've never bought or used a pirated Windows although I now use Vista 64 bits Ultimate works perfect So im afraid I can't help you with the pirated part

I have Windows Vista Home Premium RTM on my second Laptop that sits on my Desk, It works fine for me (Except Aero cos of the shitty no WDDM gfx)

It is
- Intel Pentium M 1.73GHz
- 2Gb DDR2 533
- 40Gb HDD
- Windows Vista Home Premium RTM 6.0.6000
- Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS, 910GML IGP

Its a pretty shit system aside from the RAM but it runs is pretty good.

Don't use Pirated, its not worth it and also it will have more bugs.
