I have played runescape once. 20mins unitil I got to the most exciting part!!.............

Yay. Cutting down this tree is intense...   the excitement.....

I have never played again.

However MMORPGs are just like other games but more addictive....However in the end all will become bored, until they realise that the game is a way for them to not only lose their life, but  that monthly fee has drained their banks and they have actually payed to lose their life in a surreal world.

Not a big fan of runescape or World of Warcraft.

World of Whorecraft is another story     D) ....

Runescape is possibly the worst game I ever played. It is SOOO repetitive. Jcstodds is right, the most exciting part is choping down a tree in the training.
