Auto-Calculation of ticket amount, it will check the speed of the person at the instance of !ticket command

This is what I like very much It would bring you some  :money: for speeding but 250 mp/h? I think that only PCJ will go that fast..

Not bad idea, depending on how fast you where going depends on the price. And Kessu I think all bikes can gothat fast, except the Faggio. You just need to lean forward on the bike.
