Well it is taking 5 hours to upload so...longer DL time

nope:P your upload speed is always slower than you download haha. well most the time. my upload is fast it's 1mb where as my download is 4mb...most uploads are like 500kb

tried to add flag files again ?

and did u rebuild gta3.img? as far as i know flag changes,pole,flag and boardwalk on top of mountain,it leaves mountain untouched

Lol, I did exact the same mistake  :razz: Re-install whole San Andreas and SA:MP and it'll work.

i have added it again and rebuilded gta3.img.. And i cant reinstall, cause i am still missing the cd
