Limit SWAT skin usage only to ARPD members/good players

The m60 is very powerful, if you can actully hit your target with it.

And about needing the ammo, not really when you have an m60

No itÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¤'s not needed if you have M60. I come up with 100 bullets or less. I mostly use 20 bullets to one criminal (if I need to shoot him ofc)

May I ask you, are the divisions already organized in VC:MP? SWAT, FBI, VCPD, etc...
Because I don't see them at the ARPD site.

VC:MP has only cop/SWAT. No FBI, Secret Service etc etc...
