HELP! Frets on Fire is Too Hard!

Yeah, i downloaded it and Holy Shit it is quite hard. i mean half the problem is my keyboard but i just arent smart enough to tell the difference between F2 and F3 holding it in the way u r meant to. How can i teach myself how to not Suck?

1: A
2: Z
3: E
4: R
5: [SPACEBAR]

Its a game like Gitar Heros, but on you PC (freeware).

You need to hold your keyboard like your Guitar  (Don't try this with a laptop lol)

there is even a mod that transforms it into GH look a like.. i like it too..., change frets to ur preference its better

welly welly welly. lol i got the guitar hero 2 controller for xbox 360...so i plug it up and use it as a joypad for frets:) works great. don't really play frets though...don't like the look and stuff, i prefer guitar hero 2 and 3 0_0, and if you say "but on FOF you can make custom songs!" you can also do on guitar hero 2 and 3 if you got a chipped ps2 which i do.

edit: well i installed it but when i open it, the game lags like hell. Any tips? I have been playing with the Video options, still nothing.
