we changed the structure a bit,it is better to manage.
We are filling in the ranks atm.

Only the forumstructure has to be changed still.
VCPD will be splitted in two different 'VCPD's:
MTAVCPD: Chief: [R*]Rusty
VCMPPD:: Chief: Copsforza
There will be also a general division for communication/cooperation between the VCPD's and overview:
VCPD HQ: Chief: [R*]ber, the chiefs of the different pd's are also part of the VCPD HQ.

VCPD HQ is a general division, so it is for both pd's.
Although VCMPPD and MTAVCPD are two different PD's, VCPD HQ is there to keep an overview and to help the communication,cooperation between the two VCPD's and with other pd's of whole ARPD.
The VCPD HQ helps also everywhere where needed.

These questions are very normal ;).
This happened: Kaltsu,ARPD administrator, wants to wait with changing the VCPD forum which is necessary to open ARPD in VCMP, because of administrative reasons,(ranks/posts).
Why? Because the structure has to fit in the official ARPD style..
I asked kaltsu today again to speed up with his investigation and approval so we can official open it.
So ARPD in VCMP is not official opened yet.
But you can already apply on VCPD applications for VCMP,don't worry,we have find a solution for the administrative problem ;).
