first problem:
my starting thing under in your screen is gone(where you can see what programms are open and all, and with the start button)
size of screen isnt the problem, that doesnt get it back,
someone told me ctrl+alt+delete, processes end the explorer.exe,
and then run it again, didnt work,

so maybe someone here know how i can get it back.

and the second:
where can i download the teamspeak stuff, i dont got microphone but i still can listen there,
so where to download,

if you did: hide it,
then it should come back when you go back to the start, or when pressing the windows button(between ctrl+alt)

hmm... you can try to do a system restore before your taskbar dissapeared.

If that doesnt work... have you installed stuff lately?

Do you have visual themes installed? (those that change your windows design)

i havent installed anything lately,
and visual themes:
-if i leave pc for a while screen will show some GTA 4 pictures, but i got that a while already

and system restore,
thought of it myself, i believe i still got a back up somewhere, but then i gotta reinstall everything,
and that pretty much sucks, so i want it on a normal way back

Actually Try making another account on Windows XP. It will have a new fresh /Windows Folder with new DLLS. Hope this works and btw You do have Windows XP right? About the Hidden Bar with the Start button. Add me [email protected] Hopefully I will fix this for you.

You don't need to make another account to have the Task-Bar on the button of screen to show. It was hidden seriously. Add me on [email protected] and I will fix the problem.
