Simply:
There are 4 checkpoints:
1) Desert at north from LVPD (near KACC Military Fuels) --> Race Start
2) Top of Mount Chiliad -> NOTE CHECKPOINT
3) Bayside Marina -> NOTE CHECKPOINT
4) Ocean Docks, LS -> Race Finish
Rules:
a) At every checkpoint player have to be noted by check-admin.
b) To be noted, player has to be on foot, at least 5 seconds with admin to get permission to start next part of race.
c) To leave Checkpoint check-admin has to shout: "<NameOfPlayer> NOTED. GO TO NEXT CHECKPOINT!". Then player can move.
d) To reach checkpoint player can use any way to transport (including plane, chopper, bike, car, foot, swimming). Of course NO HACKS allowed.
e) Every action is allowed (except deathmatching). You can hit other racers, ram them or even carjack.
f) Any kind of cheating / cutting / abusing script to get advantage over other racers will be punished by admins.
g) There is no road to race. You can use any road you want.
Prize: 1st place : 250.000$ - [AV]Niki
