Thats why I believe in weapon bans. In Portugal you can have any kind of gun, except shotguns and hunting rifles.
That way it's harder for criminals to get guns also.
I never saw real guns except for police ones. And I'm happy for that.
Portugal is a very pacific country. And robbers don't usually want to fight you. They usually don't have too. People are too soft. Police always tells people not to resist. But if you resist it is most likely that you scare them away.
It's a Paradox.
We can't use saw-offs in Portugal, they are modded weapons so they are illegal.
