Help needed! ASAP!

So guys my mom clicked a fake link on MSN, she really wonders that stuff until she gets viruses :P 
I runned Kaspersky and it found some trojans, and KASPERSKY pwned them all
Then Polopolo and Specter said to me that i must download Spyware Doctor and i made full scan... Wtf the result is empty...
So How do i know that i got rid of it or how to get rid of it?

Well, If the virus scaner do not find any virus i am pritty sure that youre pc is clean.
And, pleas... Do this for me. Tell youre mam to keep away from random links.

Its not virus, its spyware.

Download "spyware doctor" and make intelli-scan or full scan after installing.
It will solve problem.

i scanned with Kaspersky, it found 2 trojans, I scanned with Spyware Doctor it found one Ad-Spyware
