First Street Lokotes, or La Primera Lokotes is a East Los Santos based gang located on First Street. Known for there famous downfall in the late 90's, the Lokotes have once again overcame small street gangs to become the controling hispanic gang. The Lokotes are recognizable for there cyan bandanas worn by full members, newcomers do not earn there bandana until becoming a full member. The Lokotes are suspected to be lead by Jose Garza and David Mendez.
