SA cam hack

i tried to install cam hack, so i could get better pictures from my new bizz,
but first i unzip it in the rockstar games file.
then i press the name:
SaCamHack, with a paper and photocamera at it,

and then its says:
cant start this because it cant find dx8vb.dll.

how to full install that cam hack?
and if i did it all right, how to fix the dx8vb.dll problem(re-install not helping)

you sure the DLL file is in the same folder as the SA.Exe file is?

U will find Camhack here. Download it and read "Readme" file, it will be more clear.. And it doesnt need to be in Rockstar folder. Just create random folder and unzip it there..

i know that unzip in any folder, but its for R* game, so i put it there,
and i will try it

its all unzipped in same folder,
and then it says open 1 of those files so i open it,
then it says:
failed to give myself SeDebugPrivs: the token does not have the specified privilege

so still not working, and if i open the SaHack file, it keeps coming with the DLL file

I think "The token does not have sufficient privilages" Means you need to run it as an administrator.
