Andy is a great administrator actually.  He does his job, he seems to be a fun guy.  To be honest, I havn't seen him done much talking though, so I'm not quite sure if he's outspoken.  Andy and I do not really have the closest bond.  We do not speak that much, and don't get me wrong.  It's not because we hate each other, or what not.  I do however know him well enough to say he's indeed an Argonath veteran, and knows what to do, and what not to do.
