Is it possible to have binds in SA? Like, bind a button to say "This is the police, pull over or we'll shoot your ass" ? thanks,

i dont recomend key binders/macros (especially for global chat), as they can cause a flood in chat.
flooding => ban

You can learn to type fast ;)

How do you get/make the binds? (And I know to keep any binds to a minimum, I play other games with binds :))

People know not to flood the chat. If they still do it, they'll get banned. I don't see it as a major risk.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.
