Why not screen applicants to see if they have RP skills / are good players? I frequently see people gossiping about Satriani with remarks such as "they recruit anyone who applies, heh" (rly), and it's not helping you or anything.

I agree.
I'm sick of beeing called "bad RPer" cuz I'm a Satriani member. I saw a few situations os new members (on server and family) DMing and breaking the server rules.
I already talked about this with Joe, and we'll do something about really soon.

Nice suggestion , however i already thought about it , and i presonally never face any difficulties , cause : after i accept someone and i meet him he is being tested , any trouble he gets kicked as many others ( it happened ) now about the current list u tell me is there any rulebreaker any bad roleplayer ? im afraid not , cause if there is , be sure he wont stay for long ! and how BAD is recruiting new players ? that can learn and emprove skills ? remember 1st u came to game werent you same ? didnt u need help ? i did !
this stupid gossiping is all about weakness , the guyz talking about us dont like me and our mafia and they are upset about the good work , cause they have never arrived to the result i got now ! poor guyz they talking about Roleplay ? they aint a shit of good roleplayers ! too bad ... too stupid !

im sorry to say this but i am leaving TђЄ Sคtriคni ∏คfiค. the reason why im leaving is because im not playing gta that much anymore and i got really important IRL buissnis to take care of, and if im not online that much u bearly know me and i bearly know u so when i log in im not gonna know much what we are up to and enemies and stuff. So this is my reasons for leaving.
