The thing is that ever since i have been getting into trouble at school and stuff they seem to not want to talk to me anymore, not even bothering with me. They have acted different ever since THEY made me repeat a year of school...and everytime my teacher calls about me doing something at school for example hitting someone in class..they get into a massive Argument and my dad goes to the garage hops on his motorbike and goes away for the rest of the night...sometimes im worried he may never come back cos of me

You can see it from their side as well, if your son constantly has troubles in school, and old methods did not work, I suppose they just gave up... It is only up to you to prove them you can study good and they can be proud of you...
What you described in actions of your father - it is looking like that - he is in a silence panic... He does not know what he did wrong (apparently he blames himself), he does not know what else to do so that his kid would be good in school...
You should start school, feel the responsibility for your future... Cos it is a way to get a good job in future and less worries... You will meet this problems with child when you will be father yourself, and the world will be more larger for you, then school and family only...
Do not forget your parents are also working and they have to communicate at work and go to work everyday... With which feelings dad will go at his work? Thinking about son "what's wrong, what was my mistake, what to do, Jesus!"
