What i need to do? Is it my fault?

hi people I'm LiL_Scrappy,,

i was playing today SA-MP and i got a suspect and i want to jail him. He say i surrender and i was going to police dep.
when i was there in police dep. i was checking what the id is from the suspect. Then when i found i see that another cop (''vaeldious'') has
stole my suspect! i was very angry because it was my suspect. And i ask to give $500 (if you jail someone you earn $1000) i want the half of money
and he don't give. I want to say to admins so i look to admins and i send a PM to admins. (to hank_rafferty and argonath) they don't give answer so
i give smack to vaeldious and hank_raffery freeze me. He say to me:
''respect other players''

so i say he need to respect me he stole my suspect but admins don't say anything so i go to form and post it here. I know $500 isn't many money
but I'm new i know the rules and i got not so much money but admins don't help and i get pissed off.

what should i do? What i have done on server is that right? post here please.

While cops fight for suspects - there will not be success in police department...
Cops are NOT forced to share with partners... Thou share the amount is good and appriciated...
But from other side you cannot demand the half of amount... And start that flame which was on server...

First of all, the suspect started in a buffalo, and stopped in front of LSPD. I asked him for surrender, while you pointed a gun at him. He said he surrendered, and you told him to get on the back of your bike (....for what reason? We were already at LSPD...) So I told him to follow me into LSPD, and he did. I jailed him.

Now if you had arrive in any vehicle with him in as passenger, I would have stepped back, and let you take him inside yourself, I know how aggrivating suspect stealing cops are.... however you should NOT have immediatly started punching me, and shooting at my cruiser to destroy it, sending me PMs saying "GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!" and calling me a bitch and a noob.

If you would have said "Hey V, i was gonna take him in...", I would have explained my situation to you (about how everything had appeared to me), and we could have come to some sort of agreement; instead you got angry, started flamming me, DMing me, and stealing another cops suspect (Officer Joint), as compensation for yourself (although I did see you give Joint money back).

Would any admin be so kind to rifle through some chatlogs? Happened I'd say 30ish minutes prior to this post. And honestly, if I did steal your suspect, it was unintentional, and I would have been more then willing to give you your money back. I try to be a FAIR RPer.

First i say to him go on my bike because he say lets talk don't shoot wait. So i say to him go on my bike so we can find a spot where we can talk (because there is many police and want to kill him so they earn money)

i shoot on your car because i have ask you to give the half of money ($500) you say no and u go away and i want my money i deserve it.
And i get very pissed of and angry you get my suspect and you don't pay the half of money.  And i don't kill you.

And call you noob but i don't call you bitch so.

How do i know you get it from me? I'm not a thought-reader.

and if you get it and i ask to give $500 and you $500 why you don't give?
