Its not only on SAMP. Same on VCMP or MTA:SA... All of that is caused by ass lickers, who want to make themselves admin this way or guys who are simple scared of admins because they have a right to ban / kick / mute them.
The only server where pepole got same voice rights is MTA:VC... No this isnt an advertising of MTA:VC so please dont blame on me... Because everybody on MTA:VC knows each other as a good friend, so they`ve got same voice rights..
