So yes, I'd say making friends and RP skills are the best way to attract greetings when you go ingame, always worked for me, always will

You mixed Lvl 1 Trial Moderator with making friends and RP skills. RS4 tester doesn't matter anymore to anyone, because it's public now.. so no one is saying Hi to you now.
The reasons why people say hi to you is MOSTLY Lvl 1 Moderator, the next is friends, I have known you longer then anyone there at SA:MP I believe so I say Hi to you sometimes (not all the time 'cause your a bit of a asswipe sometimes D:). Also about 20% is due to your status in FBI, and that dark blue name with uniform and uzis.
