Computer lag

Okay i tought my network was bad etc,I did network test and it was good,5000 download 400-500 upload.
So i figured out it must be my PC but i done defragments virus scans etc. I cant find the problem maybe someone has an idea?  :ps: format was done resently.

Remember speedtests aren't proving always much.
You never use the internet full speed, or almost never.

It can be your connection is still terrible for now at the moment.

Try to reset your router?


If your computer is the problem, try to shut down as many applications as possible, So the CPU usage will be more less.

Problem found-I was listening to radio at computer and it took my pc usage up to 50% from 5%
