If one cop cannot catch a criminal because he is clever and uses the wind resistance to make him go faster, why doesn't the cop call for backup? Or like Carhartt said, build roadblocks etc.

??????????? I tried that, barely even worked. The bike stayed at the same speed as if I wasn't tapping the button.

Anyway, it may be considered a glitch, however, it's still allowed (I think) . A suspect using a bike and doing this should be fine by me, as long as they don't say "ZOMFG, I'M SO OWNAGE, HAHA COPS" with it.

If it were a bug it wouldn't say it...plus this is in EVERY GTA game with bikes!
