But yeah, like Gandalf said, let people waste their time in useless posts. I am sure they will understand at a point that there is no use of it and you do not win anything from this...

You can think back and remember the times when you typed and clicked the "Post" button 2000  or 4000 odd times

Solution: We should make a child board, and put all rating topics and forum games in there. It doesn't count when you post there, so we would not have those post hunters

Possible and quite easy to do, I could do both myself if I had enough rights on forums. (Tallking about not counting and creating the child board.
