How active are you? come online usually 2 times a day, 1-2 hours each time, maybe more.
In which time of day, do you play(CET)? 17:00-21:00 are the usual times I am on, but I log in at random times.
How much criminal experience do you have? I am either Civilain or Criminal, and when I am a civilian I am performing criminal acts, used to have some 'fun' times in my younger days
Reasons for joining Gvardia? Great group, Roleplay is amazing, friends with many of the members, many members, Gvardia works together on things and never splits apart on each other, teamwork, and every member seems to give their 110% effort.
Your opinion on your RP knowledge? 10/10. I really enjoy it so I have learned it abut it thoroughly and I know the 'ic' and 'ooc' stuff, I understand the powergaming and metagaming, and know not to do it, I can make my own RP out of nothing, needing almost nothing. I actually created a photography service with my last 500$ (entering the Ammunation, and spending whatever I have left on camera ammunition.)
What things are you specialized in? Roleplaying, stealth/undercover work, DRIVING and FLYING are my main things though.
List previous mafias/gangs/clans you've been in: None, but I have hung out with i9 before, may be one reason I know so much already.
Have you read ALL Gvardia Mob rules?: Yes.
Do you understand our rules of roleplay, dividing OOC/IC, brackets, spelling in IC chat, etc?: Yes.

Born in 1951, Under BORN name ***** *****. Believed to be a farm boy, Jamal and his family lived in the outskirts of Liberty City,on a Several Hundred Acre farm. This is where he grew up, he was literate, teaching himself languages such as French and Spanish, and simple Mathematics. Nobody ever knew Jamal or his family, there were several homes outside of the farm, but the residents do not re-call ever even talking to the family members.

Eventually, in 1970, When Jamal was 19, he moved out of his farm land home, and into Liberty City, immediatley causing trouble as he got into a fight with some Adults, who to this day have not been seen. Jamal managed to escape the whole city of Liberty, ON FOOT for 2 weeks, no police ever caught him. It is believed he rode as a stowaway in a boat to San Andreas, although this has never been confirmed as true. Last record of Jamal seen in public was at age 21.

Someone has explaining to do. I want it now.

I was standing inside LSPD, helping Lieutenant Smey with an investigation with three suspects. Halfway through the investigation Yuriy_Gvardia and Flash_Gvardia walked into the room and shot me with combat at the same time. There was no reason for it. I had no hit contract on me. No RP reason whatsoever. I never attacked them. They were both civilians, and didn't speak, nor were spoken to. Complete DM and cophunting in my opinion.

I kept my cool. I had just bought over 15k worth of weapons, and died without being able to use them, but I still kept my cool. I reported it, probably a dozen times before an admin would even accept the report. Mr.Fasi decided to take the report. Now, he informs me, that if the police chase someone AFTER they deathmatch, it means they didn't deathmatch.

So let me get this straight. If a person walks into a room and deathmatches someone and gets suspected....if other cops then pursue said deathmatcher...it makes the deathmatch legal. I am not the smartest guy around, but i'm pretty sure that makes no sense whatsoever. However, if that is the rules, then so be it. I'm not here to debate Argonath's policy on deathmatching. I was just really, really confused.

Anyways, since Mr.Fasi decided that the deathmatching was legal because they were chased afterwards, I basically stopped my rational thinking at this point from sheer disbelief, and went up to the guy who killed me, who was /gu'd, then proceeded to shoot him in the face and kill him.

CBFasi then copbanned me, and when I admitted to purposely killing the GU'd Gvardia member because of how ridiculous the situation seemed to be, he proceeded to permanently ban me from the server.

Yeah, what I did was wrong. I should not have shot him out of pure spite. But try and see things from my point of view. Ask Smey, he saw it all, they just walked in and straight up deathmatched me. I had a good reason at that point to be outraged, but I didn't freak out in /p, or go apeshit like alot of players tend to do. I went to the admin team, but it utterly failed me in this instance.

I'm sorry that it happened the way it did, and I apologize to CBFasi if anything I did or said offended him. I'd like to put this incident aside and continue playing the server as I did before. It won't happen again.
